Emergency Escape Breathing Device (EEBD), Full Face Mask Type
An escape breathing device with full face mask and harness that supplies 15 minutes of air, to ISO 23269-1 and EN 402.
Description
Designed for escaping safely from smoke, toxic gas or poor air quality. Suited to ships, offshore platforms, industrial sites and confined spaces. For escape only; not for entering hazardous areas, firefighting, underwater use or fully oxygen-free atmospheres. The system starts automatically when the full face mask is put on, with no complicated set-up. The 3 litre cylinder provides at least 15 minutes of continuous air. A harness and waist belt carry the total weight of under 6 kg evenly during escape. Operates from -30 °C to 60 °C and up to 100% humidity. To be ready for use, cylinder pressure should be at least 30 MPa at 20 °C.
